Contaminated Food supply at your table

We All enjoy eating out, and it is the American Way of life. Hard to believe you could be endangering your life to do so.

Undercover investigations have discovered that china has been and probably still is lacing the food supply to dangerous substances such as melamine to enhance the deficient nutrient base of defective, inferior foods.

This warning relates to flours, food products, fish, shell fish, and beef…and God knows what else. We all have heard about the E-coli episodes at Fast Food restaurants, and the Spinach, (who could believe it) fiasco which featured contaminated salads fresh from the fields loaded with Salmonella.

It is take charge of your health time….and that means protecting yourself from Death!

The raw facts are:

Ø FDA director testified falsely before Congress regarding US Food contamination.

Ø Undercover investigation exposed China knowingly contaminating food shipped to USA

China condemns to death Food czar in charge of Food Safety: COVER UP

Ø USA inspectors find dismantled plants, personnel gone when confirming melamine story on Dog Food products

Ø Average American eats 16 pounds of Fish annually; 80 % farmed and imported from Asia and Latin America

Ø 1 percent of the import is inspected

Ø 1.5 ounce is tested

Just in case, this produces a slight stomach upset, think on this. European Union inspects 20% of all seafood, and if any question of contamination will inspect 100% of all products shipped from a questionable country of origin

It appears that the USA has a different standard when applied to Food safety, Border Safety, and just plain enforcement of the standards of law expected by our citizens.

It appears that we have been sold down the river, on health safety, as the budget is not sufficient to allow our FDA to inspect food.

Why?

Under the Freedom of Information Act request, the only way to get a response from the FDA on food inspection, found:

your Congress cut the budget on Food health and safety inspections to zero

the FDA cover up,…. no answered phone calls

It appears that the USA leadership, President Bush, and the current Congressional delegations are oblivious to common sense security issues and intent on selling out the citizens where health and well being are concerned.

BORDER SECURITY>>HEALTH Security…no BORDER ENFORCEMENT

The recent news of two belligerent , TB carrying persons, intent upon traveling at the unknown threat of hundreds of citizens around them, actually passed through our Border Check points, ( border crossings warned 48 hours in advance) without apprehension.

An all points bulletin was issued for the apprehension of Andrew Speaker,( it turns out he is a personal injury lawyer) , Atlanta,Ga, now in custody as a carrier of a virulent strain of drug –resistant Tuberculosis

Is it ironic to say, that we have here very cunning, well educated individual, demonstrating very little compassion or concern for others, rather over-indulging himself into the special Status granted to Lawyers ( a Royal Society , i.e.  member of the Bar) with the connections to beat the system, and cover up his true intent and motivation.

In my experience which is rather extensive, I rarely find a humble lawyer, with a heart for service, rather with frequency Lawyers tend to admit themselves to a level well above the upper crust. They are adept at circumventing the “ real spirit of the law”, and well schooled in how to pick the pockets of the unsuspecting.
